1. Returns

We accept returns only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

• Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products

• Ayurvedic/health products once opened (for safety reasons)

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed after inspection of returned items

• Refund time: 5–7 business days

4. Replacement

We may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on availability.
